Trains strolling through houses, bridges collapsing, wild cats barking, and helicopters crashing. Director Indra Kumar's Absolute Dhamaal leaves very little creativity in making a loud comedy. However, the team hero cast aside, this search for comedic fun turns into a misadventure early on in the trip.
First of all, the story of the film is weaker just like the rickety bridge we've seen in the video. Yet it hinges on a lot of broad shoulders that deliver amid apparent shortcomings in prose. The film opens on such a paisa vasool note with a grand title song that introduces each one of them.

They are instantly bunged together in an unconvincing twist of the plot. While they're all in pairs of two, it's the beautiful pairing of Anil and Madhuri that pulls out the most crappy moments.
The pair already has crackling chemistry and an impeccable comedy relationship. Anil is funny as the depressed pati with his quirky Gujarati voice, and Madhuri uses his innate knack for Marathi to hit all the right comic notes. Although Ajay Devgn performs well within the boundaries of his badly written role, it is the otherwise excellent Sanjay Mishra who comes out as terribly annoying.
He keeps referring to Radhe (Ajay) as a child, trying hard to bring humour into the situation. We saw a stronger camaraderie between Arshad Warsi and Javed Jaffrey in the film's previous instalments. They 're mostly left with slapstick sequences that don't do enough justice to their mutual talent.

The rest of the casts, including Boman Irani, Mahesh Manjrekar and Esha Gupta, are lost in half-heartedly crafted roles.

Given the ensemble, this film had the potential to be a comic thrill ride. However, the fact that the film is a melodrama is not a problem, and what brings it down is terrible writing and implementation.
